Kelly Rasmussen is the owner of Four 21 Salon & Spa and also a hairstylist of 23 years. As a certified colorist with Joico, Vero Color, she offers you any haircut, color and hairstyle you wish. Kelly LOVES her job and really enjoys her time with her clients. The client is ALWAYS the most important. Kelly also keeps her education updated yearly by attending advanced training classes in cutting and coloring. Updo's are also a specialty of Kelly's. Getting married? Going to Prom?
